These beautiful dresses are easy to wear and very comfortable too. These fashions might not be good to work in but for leisure activities they are great. This is what the Roman fashions were made for. Even the male tunic or toga looks like it would be comfortable to lounge in.
The female tunic was made of soft fabric that was draped over the shoulder and then wrapped around the body. Their dresses were usually floor length and had a gold trim around the bottom hem. Sometimes when they were going out they would attach a cape at the shoulders with gold brooches that would flow down their back. For a more form fitting look they could wrap a gold cord at the waist line to accentuate her figure.
