Lindsay Lohan has had her share of bad press due to legal issues. First it was drinking and substance abuse. Now it’s shoplifting of a necklace from a high end boutique. So the question everyone is asking is, “Does Lindsay Lohan need to take an online shoplifting class?”
Whether or not Lindsay actually took the piece of jewelry is still a question. She refused to take a plea bargain because that would have required her to go to jail because she would have had to admit to the theft. So maybe she’ll go to trial or maybe not.
If the taking of the item was intentional, Lindsay Lohan could definitely benefit from a shoplifting class. If this is the case, Lindsay could learn the root causes of what led her to shoplift the item from the store rather than leaving it there or paying for it. Certainly she didn’t need to steal it for the money. And the potential consequences of the theft are far worse than any thrill she could have received for the theft. She would learn skills to help her realize this and possibly prevent this from happening again in the future.
